We began our project by brainstorming a list of our favorite picture books. Students voted and were grouped by their interests. After reading through their picture books 3rd graders created storyboards to sketch out their characters, setting, problem, solution and moral of their stories. Students then filmed each of their six scenes using our Stop Motion Movie app. Once complete, students exported their videos into iMovie, adding voice overs, theme music and sound effects. After they finished, students uploaded their work to their Google Drive accounts so they could share their work with their family and friends at home. We hope you enjoy our finished projects!
